Patterns of taste
The idea of keeping things simple has always appealed to me. I want to own a restaurant or live a block from one that only offers a few really good things on the menu. When I have too many choices, I have to have everything. I prefer to feel than to think; yet my mind is always racing, and I freak out anytime I imagine my heart doing the same. I believe in trying things at least three times — it’s a surefire way of establishing a pattern of taste.
